Post Work Out Meal

Veggie Omelette

1/2 cup of liquid egg whites.

1/2 medium tomato

1/4 (or less) cup feta cheese (optional)

1Tbsp Garlic Pepper

Add a banana to help replenish potassium lost during workout outs. I rounded out the meal with Almond Milk (you could substitute orange juice) for a dairy and soy free alternative to get your calcium. It's also a little sweet so it gives me that little satisfaction of sweetness that I sometimes crave after a workout.

Omelette: (approx) 130

Banana: 45 for half a medium sized

Almond Milk: 90

Wooly Warm

Yes, I've crocheted yet another project. I've been on a crocheting kick lately, especially since we're approaching scarf season. This one is from a pattern I found at jj crochet.

The only difference I made was using a 8mm hook instead of the 11.5mm as recommended in the pattern. I found that this made for a slightly tighter stitch (which is not a bad thing.) If you want yours to be a little slouchier then you'll probably want to use the larger hook.

The smaller hook gives it enough "hold" to be worn up around your face

As stated in the pattern, this does come together pretty quick once you get the sticthes down.

Cozy and Curly

I found the original pattern for this scarf at here

It's a very easy pattern! I made this for J  so i modified it to where I took the last row where you single Crochet in each stitch out. It made it a little less bulky and manageable for J.

The yarn I used was Red Heart in Cherry Chip. I wasn't sure how a multi colored yarn would look in this pattern but These colors actually made for a beautiful cozy fall scarf and it can be worn a few different ways.

Holy Cowl

I am a crocheting fool. I love to crochet scarves, hats and the like. And with fall coming, I'm making even more of these.

This neck warmer is actually a 3in1 cowl, neck warmer, head cover.

Get the pattern Here.

Future Home Decor

So the Hubbs and I were back east for a little bit this past week. We took some great photos that I can't wait to have printed and potentially put onto canvas for our new house.

This one would be great in Black and White.

Another good one for black and white

A Day Out.

So the name of this blog was inspired by my two daughters. We call our older one Buggy or Bug. And below is my youngest daughter who we call Bundle. Strange i know. But when I was pregnant with her, we used to call her our little bundle of joy and we continued to call her that even after she was born. The name eventually shortened to Bundle and 3 years later, it still sticks.

This is one of my favorite causal outfits on her.

Hello Everyone!

This is my second Blog. I wanted a blog that didn't necessarily have a specific focus. My other blog Beauty and the Budget is directed at money saving and finding good deals on everyday things. I created this blog is to be more creative, crafty and eclectic overall.
